脉冲染料激光虹膜切开术治疗闭角型青光眼

摘　　要：用脉冲染料激光对５８只原发性闭角型青光眼进行了虹膜切开术。一次治疗成功者５４只眼（９３．１％），需要二次治疗才能成功者４只眼（６．９％）。介绍了操作技术，术后并发症结合氩激光、Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光虹膜切开术进行了讨论。eyse of primary angle-closure glaucoma were performed iridotomy withpulsed dye laser. In 93.1% of the eyes the iris tissue was successfully perforated in one treat-ment,and in 6.9% of the eyes second treatment was needed.The technique involved was in-troduced. The complications compared with argon laser and Nd:YAG laser iridotomy werebriefly discussed.
