应用食管扩张器治疗食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄的临床研究

摘　　要：本文报告了自１９８３年５月～１９９３年５月应用食管扩张器治疗食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄患者６５８例临床研究结果，共行扩张３２４０次，有效率达９６．５％。扩张５次以下明显好转占６１．６％，１０次以下明显好转占８４．５％。术后发生并发症２７例，占４．１％。食管穿孔８例（１．２％），吻合口出血４例（０．６％），纵隔炎１例（０．２％），局部损伤１４例（２．１％）。作者对食管扩张术的适应证，操作中注意事项及并发症进行了讨论。This article reports the experience and results of the esophageal dilatingtechnique using imported esophageal dilation in the treatment of 658 cases of postoperativeanastomotic stricture for esophageal cancer and cardiac cancer during the period from May1983 through May 1993,being delated addup to 3240 times with total effective rate 96.5%,among them 61.6%of the cases less than five,84.5%of the cases less than ten.Of them,27cases(4.1%)had postoprative complications,of which the main ones were esophagusperforation 8 cases(1.2%),hemorrhage of anastomotic stoma 4 cases (0.6%),mediastinitis1 case(0.2%)and loca trauma 14 cases (2.1%).The operative indication,surgical techniqueand complication were discussed.
