摘 要:应用免疫组织化学、显微分光光度计和AgNORs电子计算机图像分析等方法,结合组织学观察,比较分析大肠癌、癌旁移行粘膜(TM)和正常大肠粘腹的差异,结果表明,移行粘膜的许多改变与正常粘膜明显不同,其变化介于正常粘膜与癌组织之间,反映移行粘膜客观存在。尽管移行粘膜组织学上无明显异型性,但其肿瘤相关性抗原的高表达,DNA倍体增加,AgNORs数目和面积的增加以及细胞核面积和周长的增加,说明移行粘膜并非一般刺激而致的非特异性反应,而是具有恶性肿瘤的某些特征,提示TM与癌有密切关系,为癌变危险区。The transtional mucosa(TM)of the human large intestinal adenocarcinomaand its clinical significance have been studied for many years at home and abroad.But thereare many different view points on its existence, whether it belongs to premaligant lesion. Inthis thesis,we used immunohistochemical staining,microspectrometrice(MSF),AGNORs im-age analysis assisted by the computer combined with histologic inventigation,in order to dis-cuss the difference between the large intestinal carcinoma. TM and the normal mucosa,andsignificance of the difference.Many changes of TM that were different from those of the normal mucosa were betweenthe normal and carcinoma,which indicated that the objective existence of TM. The express oftumor-associated antigens,the increase of nuclear area,nuclear perimeter,DNA contents,Ag-NORs numbers and silver staining area,indicated the TM may give early prediction of malig-nant change although there was no histologic atypia. So the patients with TM changes onbiopsy samples should be followed up closely in order to find early carcinoma.
