卡铂和顺铂腔内用药治疗恶性胸腹水的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：采用卡伯和顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腹水８８例。顺铂４３例，胸注２７例，腹注１６例。治疗后显效１７例（３９．５％），有效１９例（４４．２％），无效７例（１６．３％），总有效率为８３．７％。卡铂４５例，胸注２６例，腹注１９例。治疗后显效１１例（２４．４％），有效１３例（２８．９％），无效２１例（４６．７％），总有效率５３．３％。统计学处理差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组毒副反应均为骨髓抑制和消化道反应，顺铂组分别为２５．６％、５５．８％；卡铂组分别为６２．２％、２４．４％。本组治疗对比结果表明：ＤＤＰ用于腔内注射疗效优于卡铂。The 88 cases patients with malignant hydrothorax and ascitic fluid had rcccivcd the cureof Carboplatin and Cisplatin by thoracic and abdominal cavity injection. From the 43 patients(27 cases of thoracic injection, 16 cases of abdominal injection) who received cioplatin therapy, 17 cases obtained obvious relax (39. 5% ), 19 cases gained relax (44. 2% ),7 cases hadnot any relax (16. 3% ), the total rate of relax was 83.7%. From the 45 patients(26 cases ofthoracic injection, 19 cases of abdominal injcction) who rcccived carboplatin therapy, 11 cases obtained obvious relax (24. 4%), 13 cases gained relax (28. 9% ),21 cases had not any relax (46. 7% ), the total rate of relax was 53. 3%. The culculate of statistics reveals mucjhdifference (P<0. 01) between the two groups. The toxicity and side effect of carboplatingroup and cisplatin group were the reactions of the digestic tract and the bone marrow inhibition. The rates of the side effects of bone marrow inhibition and digesric tract in the cisplatingroup and carboplatin group were 25. 6%'. 8%. 62. 2%' 24. 4% respectively. Thereforethe comparative test indicated that the therapy of cisptain cavity injection was better thancarboplatin therapy.
