老年胃癌全血及组织中谷胱甘肽还原酶活性测定的临床意义

摘　　要：用５－５＇二硫双硝基苯甲酸比色法测定了８５例老年慢性单纯性胃炎，慢性萎缩性胃炎，胃癌患者全血，胃窦和胃癌组织中谷胱甘肽还原酶（ＧｌｕｔａｔｈｉｎｅＲｅｄｕｃｔａｓｅＧＲ）的活性。结果表明老年胃癌患者全血中该酶的活性明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００５）；胃癌组织中其活性却显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示细胞内ＧＲ活性降低致氧自由基水平增加，可能是引起细胞衰老及癌变的原因之一。同时也为延缓机体衰老及胃癌的预防和治疗提供了新的手段。Glutathione reductase (GR) activity in the blood and tissues of gastric antra and gastriccancer was measured with 5-5' dinitrophenylome thylate chromatrometry in 85 old patientswith chronic simple gastritis,chronic atrophic gastritis or gastric cancer. The results showedthat GR activity significantly increased in the blood and decreased in the cancer tissues of thepatients with gastric cancer (P<0. 05). It is indicated that the increase in oxygen free radicals resulting from the decreased GR activity in the cells of old patients with gastric cancermay be one of the causes of aging and canceration.
