摘 要:采用ABC免疫组化技术,对24例食管鳞癌组织中的溶菌酶阳性巨噬细胞(Lysozymepositivemacrophage,LPM)和S-100蛋白阳性Langerhans细胞(LC)进行了原位观察和定量研究。结果显示:在食管粘膜和各级鳞癌组织中均可见到IPM及LC浸润。从食管正常粘膜、异型增生粘膜到癌组织,LPM数量逐渐增多(P<0.01或0.05)。癌组织内LPMM数量与肿瘤的分化程度、大体类型关系密切,提示食管癌组织内浸润的巨噬细胞与食管癌的发生发展有一定的联系。另外,LPM与LC分布明显不同,数量无相关性,说明两者在抗肿瘤免疫中具有不同的功能。Using anti-lysozyme and anti-S-100 protein antibodies and ABC immunohistochemicalmethod f we studied the number,morphology and distribution of macrophages and Langerhanscells(LCs) in 24 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.The lysozyme positivemacrophages(LPMs)and S-100 protein positive LCs were observed in esophageal mucosaand the nest of squamous cell carcinoma.From normal epithelia,displasia to carcinoma,thenumber of LPMs increased gradually.The density of LPMs in tumors was closely related tothe degrees of differentiation and the types of gross appearance of tumor.These results indicated that the macrophages which infiltrated into the tissues of esophageal carcinoma werecorrelated with the oncogenesis and development of esophageal carcinoma. In the other hand,the difference in distribution and the number of I.PMs and LCs suggested that the above twokinds of cells were functionally different in antitumor imrnunology.
