胃癌根治术后早期并发症的防治体会

摘　　要：报告１２８例胃癌根治术，术后早期并发症１１例，发生率８．６％；手术死亡３例，死亡率２．３％。着重讨论肠梗阻、腹腔内出血和腹腔感染。提出：利用横结肠系膜后叶覆盖手术剥离面，使上腹剥离创面重新腹膜化，可预防发生肠梗阻和腹腔内出血。We completed 128 cases of radical operation on carcinoma of stomach'from 1989 to1993.Postoperative complications occured in 11 cases.The incidence rate was 8.6%.3 patients died after the operation'The death rate was 2.3%.Intestinal obstruction,intraperiftoneal hemorrhage and peritoneal infection are mainly discussed in the article.It is pointedout that covering the area of operation decollement at the upper abdominal cavity with theposterior lobe of transverse mosecolon to renew a peritoneum can prevent intestinal obstruction and intraperitoneal hemorrhagge'
