冠周Ⅰ号治疗冠周炎的临床观察及药敏和毒性试验

摘　　要：配制中西药结合剂型冠周Ⅰ号，采用药捻置入法治疗冠周炎。经临床９３例疗放观察，５ｄ治愈率为９５．７０％，其疗效优于碘酚液治疗组。本药对牙龈拟杆菌等６种厌氧菌及金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念球菌有较强的抗菌作用，且无毒性，无刺激性。Prepared was a drug with chinese materia medica and western medicine to treat pericoronitis of wisdom tooth.The cure rate in 5 days was 95.70%with 93 patients,This drug showed a higer efficacy than phenoliodide and an inhibitory effect on bacteroid gingivalis, bacteroid intermedius,capnocytophaga,ochraciea,actinobacillus actinomycetemcoitans,bacteroid fragilis.veillonella alcal escens,staphylococcus aureus,candida albicans.This drug does not have any toxic effect or irritation
