双侧内囊前肢和双侧杏仁核毁损术在精神分裂症治疗中的应用

摘　　要：双侧内囊前肢和双侧杏仁核毁损术治疗精神分裂症共５２例，通过ＢｒｉｅｆＰｓｙｃｈｉａｔｒｉｃＲａｔｉｎｓＳｃａｌｅ（ＢＰＲＳ）和Ｂｅｃｈ－ＲＡ躁狂量表（ＢＲＭＳ）评定，手术前后有高度显著性．术后３，６，１２个月的有效率分别为８０．７６％，７８．８４％，７１．２５％．该手术并发症少．术后小剂量药物维持（如氯丙嗪）可减少精神分裂症的复发．This article presents biaanterior capsulotomy and biaamygdalotomy in 52 patients with schizophrenis,BPRS,BR MS protocols,show a significant difference(P<0.01)between before and after the operation,The postoperative effectivity for 3,6,12 months is 80.76%,78.84%and 71.25% respectively,Postoperative complications are also few in number.The low dose maintenance can also reduce the recurrent rate of schizophrenia for postoperative patients.
