口腔疾病患者唾液中一氧化氮水平的变化

摘　　要：采用Ｇｒｉｅｓｓ法检测了５５例健康人和４１例口腔炎症患者和口腔肿瘤患者唾液中ＮＯ的水平。结果表明，与健康人相比，上述患者唾液中ＮＯ的水平明显增高。The nitric oxide levels in saliva of 55 healthy indivduals and 41 patients with oral dis-eases were measured by Griess reagent.It was found that NO levels in saliva of patients whosuffered from both acute and chronic oral inflammation and oral neoplasm were significantlyhigher than that in saliva of healthy individuals,The mean levels were 114.8±42.1,113.1±51.3 and 70.9±42. 9μmol/L,respectively.T test of the difference showed P<0.05,which suggested that a relation exists between NO levels and oral diseases,However,theclinical significance and mechanism of NO increment remain to be further elucidated.
