用胎肝抑瘤物体外净化白血病细胞行自体骨髓移植

摘　　要：用体外液体及半固体培养方法，观察了不同剂量人胎肝低分子天然抑瘤物对正常造血细胞和髓系白血病细胞生长的影响。筛选出的低剂量（５０μｇ／　ｍｌ）抑瘤物能明显抑制白血病细胞生长，而对正常粒单系造血祖细胞的生长无明显影响。选用低剂量低分子抑瘤物体外净化２例急性粒系白血病患者的骨髓，随后作自体骨髓移植均获造血重建。We observed the effects of low molecular tumor suppressor from human fetal liver onthe growth of normal granulocyte-macrophage progenitors(CFU-GM)and leukemic cells invitro, The results showed that low-dose(50μg/ml)of low molecular tumor suppressor significantly inhibited the growth of myeloid leukemic cells(suppressive rate 95.7±4.1%),buthad no influence on normal hematopoietic reconstitution,Low-dose low molecular tumorsuppressor was used in vitro to purge bone marrow of two patients with acute myeloidleukemia in complete remission. The purged bone marrow cells were then infused back intothe patients.Hematopoiesis of the two patients was well reconstituted.
