摘　　要：本文报道苏州东山青鱼循环系统中寄生的东山血居吸虫新种及其生活史。中间宿主为狭萝卜螺（Ｒａｄｉｘｌａｇｏｔｉｓ），幼虫期包括毛蚴、胞蚴和尾蚴。用成熟尾蚴人工感染青、草、鲢、鳙和团头鲂等五种鱼苗，只在青、草鱼苗中获得成虫。此外，本文对其生活史各发育阶段进行了研究。A lophocercous cercaria was found in Radix lagotis Schrank collected from a fish pond in Dongshan of Jiangsu province. Five species fingerlings were experimently infected by this cercaria. They were respectively Ctenopharyngodon idellus. Mylopharyngodon piceus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix Aristichthys. Nobilis and Megalobrama amblycephala. The adults were found in the bulbus arteriosus or eye of Mylopharyngodon piceus and Ctenopharyndodon idellus for up to 40 days after exposed and immature eggs in the gills of fish. There are some differences between the fluke and others reported before. All of characters of the fluke are same with the flukes from the Mylopharyngodon piceus naturely infected. Descriptions of all stages in the life-cycle of the fluke including adult、egg、miracidium、sporocyst and cercaria are given.
