颌面骨纤维骨病变的X线分析研究

摘　　要：对２０６例资料齐全的颌面骨纤维骨病变进行了Ｘ线研究，总结了Ｘ线特征，如生长方式属膨胀性或延伸性，病变弥散或局限，边界是否清楚，牙及牙楷骨受累情况等。按形态和密度分为囊性改变（单囊２２例，多囊性３５例）；实质性改变（毛玻璃型４６例，硬化型２３例，混合型８０例）。按性质可归为非肿瘤性（８４例）和肿瘤性改变（１２２例）二类。分析其特征，探讨三结合诊断的标准。Abstract The fibro-osseous lesions(FOL) are formed from the fibrous mesenchyma and its mineral diravatives with multiform appearance and also showed sinilarity among each other. Because of this, difficulty in the differential diagnosis are not uncommon. It is believed that the diagnosis should be based on the combination of clinic, radiogic and pathologic manifestations.206 cases of radiologic analysis of FOL of jaw bones were reported in this paper. According to the radiologic appearance and the density of image, the FOL were classified into cystic type (montystic: 22 cases; multi-cystic: 35 cases) and selid type (glass-ground like: 46 cases; sclerotic: 23 cases; mixted type : 80 cases). According to the nature, the FOL were classified into neoplastics (122 cases) and non-neoplastic (84 cases) types. The characteristics of FOL and its diagnostic criterion of combined clinico-radiologic-pathologic manifestations were discussed by the authors.
