平阳霉素治疗颌面部草莓状和混合性血管瘤225例的临床总结

摘　　要：报道了平阳霉素注射治疗口腔颌面部草莓状和混合性血管用２２５例，治愈和基本治愈率为８１．７７％，总有效率为１００％。文章介绍了治疗方法，复习了血管瘤的分类，讨论了平阳霉素治疗的作用机理、优点、反应和防治措施。Abstract In this study,225 cases of strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma were clinically treated with pingyangmycin injection.The results showed that this treatment was comparative short and the curative effect was satisfied.The curative and basically curative rate were 81.77%.The total curative effect was 100%.In this article,the therapeatic method was introduced.The classification of hemangioma was reviewed.The mechanism of pingyangmycin in treating hemangioma.the advantages,the reaction of this treatment and the measure for preventing fever were discussed.
