195例肿瘤患者血清同工铁蛋白水平的观察

摘　　要：采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法观察了鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）４２例、肺癌（ＬＣ）３８例、食道癌（ＥＣ）２６例及其他常见肿瘤８９例，共１９５例患者（男性１５１例、女性４４例）的血清同工铁蛋白（ＳＩＦ）水平。结果：肿瘤患者的ＳＩＦ阳性符合率为７３．８％（１４４／１９５），其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ期及Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的阳性符合率分别为６４．８％和８１．３％（Ｐ＜０．００１）；未手术及手术后患者的阳性符合率分别为８１．４％和６３．４％（Ｐ＜０．００１）。ＮＰＣ、ＬＣ及ＥＣ患者的ＳＩＦ阳性符合率分别为７３．８％、８６．８％及７３．１％。以上结果说明：同工铁蛋白为恶性肿瘤相关抗原，ＳＩＦ水平与肿瘤病程发展及手术治疗存在密切关系。ELISA (doube-determinant)was usedto detect the serum isoferritin(SIF)levels in 42 pa-tients with nasopharynx cancer (NPC),38 with lungcancer(LC),26 with esophageal cancer(EC)and 89with other cancers,a total.of 195 cases(151 males and44 females). The results revealed that the positiverate of SIF in patients with cancer was 73.8%(144/195),among which,the positive rates in patients ofstage Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, in patients not operated up-on and in those after operation vvere 64.8%, 81.3%,81.4%and 63.4%,respectively. Statistics wassignificantly different in SIF Ievel between the stageⅠ-Ⅱand Ⅲ-Ⅳgroups,and between the un-perationand after operation groups (P < 0.001)by rank sumtesting,The positive rates of NPC,LC and EC were73.8%, 86.8%and 73.1%,respectively,The resultshave demonstrated that isoferritin is a malignant neo-plasm associated antigen, and SIF Ievel is relatedclosely with the development of the tumor and opera-tlve treatment.
