摘  要:在碱性苦味酸速率法测定肌酐时胆红素干扰清除剂高铁氰化钾的量对测定结果有一定影响,试剂中加入高铁氰化钾后,标准液的反应速率有下降趋势。血清标本反应速率在加入高铁氰化钾浓度较低时有下降,但下降比率远较标准液为小,而加入浓度较高时反应速率有明显升高、总的效果是加入高铁氰化钾后使肌酐测定结果升高,且随高铁氰化钾浓度的加高而加高。不同厂家的标准液则反应速率变化的规律又略有差异。In serum creatinine determination using alkali picric acid rate method,the test res ults may be affected by the content of potassium ferricyanide.anti-interference substance of billirubin.When potassium ferricyanide is added to the reagent,the reaction rate of standard solution presents decreasing tendency.In serum samples,the reaction rate decreases when the concentration of potassium ferricyanide is smaller but the decreasing rate is far smaller than in standard solutions.When the concentration of potassium ferricyanide is higer,the reaction rate increases apparently.The effect of adding potassium ferricyanide results in elevated test results, the higher the potassium ferricyanide concentration,the more apparent the elevated results.The rule of reactionrate variance presents slight difference in standard solutions from different factories.
