摘　　要：报告应用硅胶再生室对横断面神经上颊支再生修复的实验研究，其４、６周再生成功率分别为６７．８％和５７．７％，讨论应用硅胶再生室的优、缺点，认为硅胶再生室是研究周围神经再生的重要工具。This study reported the results of silicone growth chamber used for regeneration in transection injury of facial nerve on 30 rabbits. Regeneration rate was 67.8% and 57.7% 4and 6weeks after operation,respectiovly.Silicone growth chamber's charecteristics was discussed.We thought Silicone growth chamber was an important method for regeneration study of peripheral nerve.
