摘  要:冷挤压成型料模具钢0Cr4NiMoV(含碳量小于0.08%)经渗碳,淬火回火后在心部获得良好强韧性。透射电镜的观察证明心部形成了粒状贝氏体。讨论了心部组织的强化机理,并指出心部获得良好强韧性的原因是由于粒状贝氏体中的极细亚结构、高密度位错及M-A岛相界的贡献。After carburizing,quenching and tempering,the core part of die steel 0Cr4NiMoV con-taining less than 0. 08%of carbon formed by cold extrusion will have good strength andtoughness of a hardness of about HRC 30. The microstructure is investigated by TEM and itis found that granular bainite consisting of ferrite of lath substructure and M-A islands trans-formed during cooling from austenitic regions with high carbon content has resulted in thecore part.It is pointed out that favorable strength and toughness in the core part may be thecontribution of the extremely fine substructure,the dislocation of high density and the phaseboundary of M-A islands.
