摘 要:利用湖北农科院等单位提供的籼型光敏核不育系6154等5份,粳型光敏核不育系5047等8份,进行盆栽和大田栽培,A做透光11、13、13.5、14小时及自然光照处理,结合温度自然分布,使2次枝梗分化至出穗期处于不同的光温组合中,探讨光敏核不育系在沈阳市(42°N)的育性转换规律。结果表明,粳型与籼型光敏核不育系其基因表达条件差异很大,前者主要受光照因子控制,后者则受光温配合作用制约且温度尤为主导因素。在沈阳整个8月份为光敏核不育系的不育期,可以杂交制种。Five photoperiod sensitive genie sterile lines o f indica type including 6154 and eight photoperiod sensitive genie sterile lines of japonica type including 5047 were planted in pots and in the field. Under natural distribution of temperature they were treated with shading for 11, 13, 13.5 and 14 hours and natural light so as to make the stage from secondary rachis branch differentiation to heading be in the different combinations of light with temperature. In this way we probed the regularity of fertility transformation of photoperiod sensitive genie sterile lines in Shenyang(42°N ). The results showed that the condition for gene expression of photoperiod sensitive genie sterile lines of japonica type differed greatly from that of photoperiod sensitive genie sterile lines of indica type. The former was controlled mainly by the light factor, and the latter by the combined effect of light and temperature, in particular, by the temperature factor. Whole August in Shenyang was the sterile period of photoperi cd seasitive genie sterile lines when hybrid rice seed pro duction might be done.
