摘　　要：本文综述新兴边缘学科环境生物技术的产生过程涉及的范围和技术层次,介绍环境生物技术的成就与发展趋势,论述在我国建立环境生物技术学科方向的必要性,报导我国第一本环境生物技术教材的有关内容与评价。Forming procedure,range and techniques of Environmental Biotechnology(EBT)as a new frontier discipline are reviewed in this paper,as well as the achievements and developing trend and the necessity for building this discipline in P. R. China. It is also to report an information which is about the first publication of Environmental Biotechnology text book in the country, concerning with its content and evaluation.
