摘  要:对240只小鼠的血清、肝脏、肌肉进行锌和锗含量的测定,抗氧化指标:SOD活性、MDA含量测定。观察结果表明微量元素锌与锗在小鼠血清中有一定的竞争作用。血清锌、锗与肌肉、肝脏锌、锗及SOD有一定的相关性。由于锌和锗含量的变化,小鼠抗氧化作用受到了影响,当二者联合应用时(两组加锌均80ppm,加锗分别为25、50ppm),SOD有不同程度增高,MDA含量随之下降,提示了锌与锗在小鼠抗氧化方面有一定的协同作用。The article tested the concentration of Zinc and Germanium in serum,liver and muscle from 240 mice,anti-oxidation index──the antivity of SOD,the amount of MDA.The observing result indicates the interrelation of trace elements Zinc and Germanium in serum, the two elements have competitive effect in serum to some extent.when the concentration of Zinc increased,Germanium decreased, while Germanium increased,Zinc decreased,so there was a little regular change between them.Zinc and Germanium in serum with muscle and liver.SOD.was a little interrelation between them.Since the amount of Zinc and Germanium change,it had affected the effect of anti-oxidation of mice.When Zinc and Germanium were used together(add 80ppm Zinc and 25ppm、50ppm Germanium),antivity of SOD increased, whereas the amount of MDA decreased,the effect anti-oxidation of Zinc and Germanium in mice have corelated effects.
