摘　　要：本文简要介绍了遗传学当中的连锁分析方法的历史、现状及其近几十年的发展，并对这些方法的优缺点进行了评价。The history, situation and development of linkage analysis methods arebriefly introduced such as the Direct Method, Bernstein'S Y Statistics, Fisher's UStatistics, the Likelihood Approach of Haldane Elston and Stewart, these methods areeviuated;Otherwise,the paper gives a outline of inbred Line crossing and segregationanalysis in animal and plant genetics and breeding.
