摘　　要：目的对小切口人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的预后进行评价。方法对346例老年性白内障采取小切口人工晶体植入术。结果术后随访6月,患者矫正视力0.3以上336例。结论老年性白内障小切口人工晶体植入术达到了治盲目的。Objective To evaluate of the prognosis of 346 cases of Senile cataracts after microincision Intraocular lens implantation. Methods Microincision Intraocular lens implantation was performed in 346 cases of senile cataracts. Results All patients were followed - up in 6 months, the visual acuity of 336 eyes was 0.3 or better. Conclusions Microincision intraocular lens implantation is an effective method for senile cataracts.
