摘　　要：文章认为科技经济一体化是科技经济化与经济科技化趋势下所呈现的科技与经济相互交叉、渗透、融合,并最终导致科技与经济合而为一的现象和动态过程,它具有历时与共时、分化与整合相统一,以及自组织和复杂性等特征,其本质就是作为一个开放系统的动态演化过程。Under the conditions of the economization of technology and technology-oriented of economy, with some representations such as the mutual-intersection, mutual-infiltration and harmony, it is a phenomena and dynamic process on one whole resulted from the interaction between them for the integration of technology and economy. It has some features such as the unification between through-time and together-time, polarization and integration, self-organization and complexity. Its essence is a dynamic and evolving process to be an open system.
