摘 要:传统的新度系数在客观反映设备的管理情况和实际技术状况上存在明显不足,诸如无法体现出企业设备管理工作的好坏、无法体现设备的大修及部件更新、不利于加强对已经提完折旧但技术状况尚可使用的设备的管理评价,有必要探索一种能够更加客观反映设备利用和客观状况的新的确定新度系数的方法。本文提出了用相对有效性评价的DEA方法来确定设备新度系数的新思路和新方法。The traditional new degree of coefficient has disadvantages in reflecting the condition of management and the real technological state of the equipment, such as: It is unable to embody the quality of enterprise's equipment management; it can't reflect the repair and upgrade of the equipment; it draws back the management and appraisal of those equipment which is in good technological state, so it is necessary to explore a new methods to confirm the new degree of coefficient which can reflect the utilization and objective state of the equipment more objectively. This text put forward a new thought and method. That is to use DEA method to confirm new degree of coefficient of equipment.
