摘  要:利用磁性对固体超强酸组装,制备出磁性SO2-4/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂,应用于合成丙酸异戊酯的反应中,并研究了影响反应的因素。实验表明:丙酸0.2mol;异戊醇0.26mol;磁性催化剂1.4g;反应时间2.0h,酯化率可达96.4%。利用催化剂的磁性可将催化剂迅速分离,回收率达84.2%,并能重复使用。Magnetic solid super- acid SO4^2-/ZrO2 was prepared by chemical modifycating on solid super- acid. It was used as catalyst in the synthesis of isoamyl propionate. The influencing factoes of the reaction were investigated.Experimental results showed the best reacting was: propionic acid 0. 2, isoamyl alcohol 0. 26, magnetic, solid super-acid 1.4g, the reaction time 2.0h and the yield of esterification achieved 96.4%. The catalyst could be isolated from other matters by its magnetism. And the recycle percentage was 84.2%.
