中间层对偶三角瓣在唇裂修复中的应用

摘　　要：鼻底欠丰满、鼻底脊不明显是唇裂术后最重要的缺陷之一。作者对7例单侧唇裂的病人,在采取下三角瓣法的基础上应用中间层的对偶三角瓣,克服了以上缺陷;并使术后瘢痕变浅;达到了功能整复的目的;也有效地利用了多余的软组织。The floor of nose were not plump and the crest of basis nasi were not clear after cheiloplas- ty.They are the important weakpoints.7 patients with oneside cleft lip were operated by inter- medical Z—plasty on the basis of the tennsion method,overcoming above two scar become shal- low;functional plastic operation can be achievid and the surplus tissue can be supplied.
