摘　　要：本文用 DE—03为放射增剂对小鼠移植瘤作放疗增敏研究。实验结果证明,DE—03对肿瘤放疗有增敏作用。DE—3加放疗组,放疗组和DE—03组的肿瘤抑制率分别是69%,22%和1%,E/O 是2.57,电镜检查显示 DE—03与放疗结合使肿瘤细胞超微结构损伤加重,主要表现为线粒体膜严重破坏,而对正常组织无损伤。DE—03 was used in radiotherapy of rat transplanted tumor.The results demonstrated that the inhibition rates of tumor were 69%,22% and 1% in DE—03 and radiation,radiation,and DE—03 group,respectively,ratio(E/O) was 2.57.Electron microphotograph examination showed that radiation combined with DE—03 could increase damage to tumor cell ultrastructure (mito- chondria membranea)without any damage to the normal tissue;suggesting that DE—03 may be a radiosensitizer.
