摘　　要：职业足球的虚假新闻违背了新闻规律,一定程度上影响了人们对我国职业足球发展的正确理解。职业足球虚假新闻的成因主要源于思想上的失察、工作中的失误以及道德上的失范,特点是涉及面广、危害程度深。从法律的视角出发,虚假新闻无论对新闻受众还是虚假新闻中的当事人,都构成了侵权行为。为减少甚至杜绝职业足球虚假新闻,应该加强职业足球新闻领域的法制、行业制度建设,提高从业人员的职业道德。It is well accepted that false news of professional soccer runs against the laws of news, which, to some extent,influences the people to make the correct understanding about the development of the professional soccer in China. The main causes of false news are the ignorance in thought, fault in the job, and lack of regulation in morals. The chief characteristics of the false news are wide involvement and deep damage. In the perspective of law, the false news of professional soccer is a kind of right violation for the readers and person involved in false news. It is well suggested that the construction of the legal system and vocation system should be strengthened and professional morals of the employee should be improved in order to reduce and prevent false news of professional soccer.
