摘  要:对25名男子排球运动员进行有氧训练、无氧训练和力量训练,分别测定运动后及恢复期血清酶和尿素氮。结果表明:1)力量训练和无氧训练引起CK活性变化明显大于长时间的有氧训练。2)无氧训练和力量训练后LDH呈现显著增高,而且运动前后具有统计学意义。3)三种训练应激后,血清GOT活性均有不同程度变化,其中有氧训练和力量训练较为明显,GOT升高可作为判断心肌疲劳程度的参考指标。4)无氧训练和力量训练后BU明显升高,并有非常显著差异,运动后24hBU均能恢复正常。表明BU可作为了解蛋白质分解代谢、机体随负荷和恢复状况一项简易可行的指标。This paper conducted three different- model training in a sample of 25 volleyball college players in order to determine blood serumenzyme and carbamide azote after exercise and resuming period. The results can be concluded as follows: 1)Strength training and non - oxygen training cause the changes of the CK activity, which remarkably more significant than the ones of the long- term oxygen training; 2) After the non - oxygen training and the strength training, LDH shows a significant increase. Further after the training, the change has significant statistic meaning; 3) After the adaptation to three kinds of training, the GOT in blood serum has the changes with the different degree. In the oxygen training and strength training, the variations of GOT are very obvious. Accordingly the raising of GOT can be regarded as reference index to evaluate the extent of the fatigue of cardiac muscle; 4) After the non - oxygen training and strength training, BU increases obviously, which has significant differences. After 24 hours, BU can recover to the normal. This indicates that BU can be deemed as the available index in monitoring the proteid catabolism distribution, bodily load and the recovery situation.
