摘  要:目的对大鼠体神经内脏神经(副交感神经)吻合后再生神经的物质转运功能和递质性质进行定性研究。方法在建立了人工体神经内脏神经膀胱反射弧的5只大鼠的左侧盆神经节(MPG)、尿道外括约肌(EUS)分别注射荧光金(FG)和快蓝(FB),通过逆行追踪检测再生神经的物质转运功能,酶组织化学方法检测再生神经中的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)。结果逆行追踪结果显示FG、FB单标神经元及FG和FB双标神经元主要分布于脊髓L3尾部至L5头侧左侧前角。神经吻合口远心端和近心端,以及支配膀胱的节前有髓神经纤维,支配EUS的有髓神经纤维多为AChE反应阳性。结论人工体神经内脏神经膀胱反射弧建立后,再生的传出神经有物质转运功能,体神经内脏神经(副交感神经)吻合后再生神经纤维多为胆碱能。Objective To study the material transmiting function and detect the neurotransmitter of regenerated nerve of somatic-autonomic nerve anastomosis. Methods The artificial somatic-autonomic reflex pathway was established in rat by intra-dural rnicroanastomosis of the left L4 ventral root to L6 ventral root. Retrograde tracing technique with Fluorogold (FG) and Fast Blue (FB) was used to investigate the material transmiting function of regenerated efferent nerve of the artificial somatic-autonomic reflex arc. Using histochemical technique the acetylcholinesterase of regenerated nerve was determined. Results After FG was injected into the left major pelvic ganglia (MPG) and FB was injected into the extemal urethral sphincter (EUS), FG or FB single labeled neurons and FG-FB dual labeled neurons were observed in locus of the left ventral horn from L3 caudal to L5 rostral. Most of nerve fibers reinnervating left MPG or reinnervating EUS were AChE positive. Conclusion The regenerated nerve have material transmiting function. Acetylcholine is the main neurotransmitter of regenerated efferent nerve of the artificial somatic-autonomic reflex arc. The main neurotransmitter of regenerated nerve was not changed after somatic-autonomic nerve anastomosis.
