摘  要:目的观察下丘脑室旁核(PV N)及孤束核(N TS)在电针内关穴抗家兔急性心肌缺血中的作用。方法在研究证实电针内关穴对家兔急性心肌缺血保护作用的基础上,观察电损毁PV N及N TS后电针内关穴对心肌缺血家兔Ⅱ导联心电图及心肌细胞跨膜电位的影响。结果PV N+N TS电损毁组分别与A M I组、PV N电损毁组比较,在各个时段的心电图ST段电位均有显著性升高,心肌细胞A PA、A PD50、A PD90均有显著性降低。结论同时损毁家兔PV N及N TS后,更加减弱了电针内关穴对缺血心肌的保护作用;PV N及N TS均参与了内关穴心肌缺血保护的作用过程。Objective:Research on the function of paraventricular nucleus and nucleus of s olitary tract in the effect of the antagonism to rabbit's myocardial ischemia by elecroacupuncture at Neiguan Point(内关). Methods:On the base of the protection to rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia by electroacupuncture at Neiguan Poin t,the experiment observed the effect of Ⅱlead ECG and transmembrane potential o f rabbit’s ischemic myocardial cell by electroacupuncture at Neiguan Point afte r paraventricular nucleus and nucleus of solitary tract were damaged with electr icity.Results:Compared with the AMI group,the PVN damage group,ST segment potent ial remarkably increased and APA、APD50、APD90 significantly decreased in each t ime segment in the PVN+NTS damage group.There were remarkable significances by statistics.Conclusions:After paraventricular nucleus and nucleus of solitary tra ct were damaged with electricity simultaneously,the protection role to ischemic myocardium by electroacupuncture at Neiguan Point much more weakened.Paraventric ular nucleus and nucleus of solitary tract both take part in the protection role to ischemic myocardium by electroacupuncture at Neiguan Point.
