摘  要:许多药物不能通过血脑屏障,因此溶解在血液中的药物难以在脑内发挥作用。研究发现冰片有增加血脑屏障通透性,促进某些药物透过血脑屏障进入脑组织的作用。这为研制防治脑组织疾病的新剂型药物提供了理论依据。本文从冰片的药效、药理、药代动力学、毒性及安全性等几个方面论述了冰片开放血脑屏障的研究现状。Since most of the medicines dissolving in blood can hardly pass through blood-brain barrier (BBB), so that seldom active in the brain. Recent studies have indicated that boneol, one of the most useful traditional Chinese drugs, can increase BBB permeability and increase other drugs entry into the brain which provided theoretical basis for development of new medicine to treat central nervous system disease. In this article, we have reviewed current progress in the field of study on increasing BBB permeability by boneol from its efficacy, pharmacology, medicinal kinetics, toxicity and safety,
