摘　　要：目的探讨使用自动板层角膜刀行浅板层角膜移植的可行性。方法24只新西兰白兔分为供眼组(8只),实验组(16只)。另2例(4只)为人体离体眼球(非正常死亡)供临床应用。用自动板层角膜刀制作植片、植床,行浅板层角膜移植。结果手术损伤小,瘢痕少,创面愈合光滑,植片透明。结论术式有良好的临床应用前景。Objective To investigate the feasibility using automated corneal shaper in superficial lamellar keratoplasty. Methods 24 adult New Zealand white rabbits were used as donors and experimental transplant recipients. 4 enucleated human eyes（accidental death）were taken for clinical application. Results The surgery had little trouma with little scar and smooth healing surface, transparent corneal. Conclusion The technique has a good prospect in clinical application.
