摘  要:目的:消除GFAAS测定补钙食品中铅和镉的基体干扰,并探讨有机基体改进剂的作用机理。方法:采用有机试剂为基体改进剂,比较加入有机基体改进剂前后的原子化温度、回收率和精密度等分析信息。结果:铅和镉分别采用抗坏血酸和酒石酸为基体改进剂后,原子化温度有所降低,实际样品回收率和精密度得以明显改善,标准物质的分析结果令人满意。有机基体改进剂的作用机理为:本身表面活性和络合作用,分解产物形成强还原气氛。结论:有机基体改进剂可有效消除GFAAS测定补钙食品中Pb和Cd的基体干扰。Objective:To eliminate the matrix interference when determinating Pb and Cd in supplementary calcium food by GFAAS and study the mechanism of organic matrix modifier. Methods: Organic reagent was used as matrix modifier, the analytical informations between before and after adding organic matrix modifiers were compared, for example, atomic temperature, recovery and RSD etc. Results : After organic matrix modifiers was added, atomic temperatures were decreased enormously, RSD and recoveries of practical samples were improved obviously, the results of analyzing standard materiel were also satisfactory. The mechanism of organic matrix modifiers were : acting as superficial modifier and complex reagent, creating strong reduction atmosphere after decomposed. Conclusion:Organic matrix modifiers can eliminate matrix interference when determine Pb and Cd in supplementary calcium food by GFAAS effectively.
