摘　　要：纳米粒子标记DNA探针的研究是纳米技术、基因组学、DNA检测等学科交叉的研究热点。本文从纳米粒子的分类、制备、标记和检测原理等方面对纳米粒子标记DNA探针的制备和应用进行了分析与评述。介绍了荧光分析法、分光光度法和电化学分析法用于纳米粒子标记DNA检测的应用及最新发展。Nanoparticle tagging DNA probe, which combines of nano - technology, gene project and DNA detection, is the focus of recent research field. In this paper, the classification, manufacture, labelled methods and principle of detection of nanoparticle tagging DNA probe and its application in gene detection were described and reviewed. The latest application of fluorescence method, spectrophotometry and electrochemical method for nanoparticle tagging DNA probe were also introduced.
