摘  要:目的观察通过1.75mm切口植入人工晶状体的临床效果。方法2002年5月~2003年7月在我院行白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的老年性白内障患者98例(98眼),随机分为2组,Ⅰ组47例(47眼),通过冷超声乳化白内障吸出术(激光乳化与白星技术),植入仅需1.75mm长切口的德国Acri.Tec公司生产的Acri.Lyc疏水性的丙烯酸酯人工晶状体;Ⅱ组51例(51眼),行常规的超声乳化白内障吸出术(3.2mm切口)联合植入AcrySofSA60AT人工晶状体(美国Alcon公司生产)。结果Ⅰ组术后第1d与第1周的裸眼视力均明显优于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),而在术后1个月2组的视力无统计学差异。术后早期视力好的原因为术后散光小与角膜清晰度好。结论超微切口人工晶状体植入术的术后视力恢复更快,安全性更大。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Acri. Lyc intraocular lens implantation through 1. 75 mm incision. Methods Ninety-eight cases (98 eyes) were enrolled in our study who were performed cataract extraction and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation from May 2002 to July 2003. The cases were divided into two groups randomly. GroupⅠ (47 cases, 47 eyes) were received cataract extraction through the 1.75 mm incision( Laser photolysis and White-Star technology),Acri. Lyc IOLs (Acri. Tec Company, Germany)were implanted into the eyes through 1.75 mm incision. Group Ⅱ (51 cases,51 eyes)were received traditional phacoemulsification and AcrySof IOLs (Alcon, USA) were implanted through 3.2 mm incision. Results The uncorrected vision acuity of group Ⅰ were better than group Ⅱ at the first day and the first week postoperatively (P 〈0.05), and there were no significant difference in these two groups after one month postoperatively( P〉0.05). Astigmatism decreasing and corneal clarity increasing mightbe the main reason that group Ⅰ had achieved better vision acuity in early stage postoperatively. Conclusion Better vision acuity achieve earlier postoperatively, more safety during and after operation is achieved in 1. 75 mm incision cataract surgery in our study.
