组态技术在物业管理系统中的应用

摘　　要：随着计算机、通信和控制等技术在智能化建筑中应用的不断深入 ,如何利用这些技术使建筑物中的各种物流数据在信息层面上充分发挥它们的作用 ,由此出现了带有一定智能化的智能物业管理系统 (IPMS)。目前在一般的物管系统中 ,处理的只是一些物管常规数据 ,而对于现场设备层且与物管密切相关的数据则无法进行收集 ,本文将结合网际组态 (WebAccess)在IPMS中的具体应用 。Along with ceaselessly embedded appliance of the technology of computer,communication and control in the intelligent building,it is becoming inevitable that how to make use of integrating effectively the three technologies in the lay of information, that intelligence building property management system(IPMS) appears human emerges afterwards. Normal property management software only processed some conventional data of property management at present, but it don′t work at the problem of the field equipment. This paper will combine the idiographic application of WebAccess in IPMS, and discuss how to resolve the unconventional information which is interrelated closed with the data of property management.
