杆卡式固位种植覆盖义齿在严重吸收上颌骨的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价Branemark杆卡式固位种植覆盖义齿修复严重吸收上颌骨全牙列缺失的临床效果.方法:采用Br(a)nemark种植系统的常规操作方法,46枚Br(a)nemark种植体植入11例严重吸收上颌全牙列缺失的患者,3～6个月后,进行Ⅱ期手术,将愈合基台连接在种植体上.修复期在Ⅱ期手术二周后进行,选择永久基台连接在种植体上.采用杆卡附着体(Bar-clip attachment),按常规制作和戴上塑料活动修复体.结果:Br(a)nemark杆卡式固位种植覆盖义齿修复严重吸收上颌骨全牙列缺失的近期成功率为100%.结论:Br(a)nemark杆卡式固位种植覆盖义齿修复严重吸收上颌骨全牙列缺失具有良好的临床效果.To evaluate the clinical application of bar - clip attached and implant - supported overdentures in severely resorbed edentulous maxilla . Methods： According to the conventional methods of Branemark implant system, 46 Branemark implants were inserted in the edentulous maxilla of 11 cases at the first stage surgery. After 3 ~ 6 months, the second stage surgery was done and the healing abutment connected. 2 week later, the permanent abutment replaced the healing abutment, and bar - clip attachment was utilized . The overdentures were finished according to the protocol. Results：The implant success rates for bar- clip attached and implant - supported overdentures in severely resorbed edentulous maxilla was 100% . Conclusions： In severely resorbed edentulous maxilla, the clinical outcome of bar - clip attached and implant - supported overdentures was satisfactory.
