开发类科研院所企业化转制模式研究

摘　　要：结合开发类科研院所企业化转制的要求,通过大量调研和对相关文献的总结,提出了其转制可供选择的独立企业化运营和与其它组织融合运营等三种转制类型,以及与之对应的九种转制模式;比较研究了这些模式在转制实施方案、主要优缺点、适用条件等方面的区别;探讨了相关科研院所有效选择适宜转制模式的思路。Firstly, this paper puts forward three transformation types including independently transforming into enterprise,inosculating with other organizations etc. based on abundant investigation and reviewing relative documents, and summarizes nine corresponding transformation patterns of these three types; Secondly, the paper compares detailedly the main differences of these types in implement scheme, main advantages and disadvantages, applicable qualifications, etc;At last, an idea of how correlative scientific research institutes can select effectively suitable transformation patterns is discussed.
