摘　　要：中国软件企业绝大多数为中小规模,因此要实现软件业的发展和壮大,就必须关注中小软件企业的可持续经营问题。运用系统思考的方法分析了一般性企业的可持续经营,结合中小软件企业的特点,进一步推导出其可持续经营模式。As an important part of IT industry, software industry has become a crucial strategic domain industry determining the progress of the national economy and power. Most software enterprises in China are of medium or small scale, which is the reason to focus on sustainable management in order to improve China＇s software industry. At the beginning of this article, a sustainable management mode for general companies from the point of view of systematic thinking by Peter Senge is presented. After considering the characteristics of small l＆ medium-sized software enterprises,the author puts forward the sustainable management mode for such enterprises.
