摘 要:目的探讨焦虑症与儿茶酚邻甲基转移酶基因多态性的相关性。方法运用聚合酶链反应技术检测88例焦虑症患者和87例健康对照儿茶酚邻甲基转移酶基因多态性,并加以对照分析。结果患者组高活性H型(G)和低活性L型(A)等位基因频率分别为81%、19%,对照组分别为67%和33%,两组间的差异均有显著性(P<0.05);患者组G/G、G/A、A/A基因型分布频率分别为61%、39%、0,对照组分别为40%、53%和7%,除G/A基因型在两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)外,G/G和A/A基因型在两组间差异均有显著性(P<0.05);焦虑症亚型间各基因型、等位基因频率比较的差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论COMT的G等位基因、G/G基因型可能是焦虑症的危险因素之一,A等位基因、A/A基因型可能是焦虑症的保护基因之一;焦虑症两种亚型间COMT多态性无显著性差异。Objective: To explore the association between anxiety disorder arid polymorphlsm of catechol- O- methyltransferase(COMT). Methods: Using a polymerase chain reaction- based technique,polymorphism of COMT were determined in 88 patients with anxiety disorder and 87 health control subjects, the allelic and genotypic distributions in two groups were compared. Results:The frequencies of G allele and the G/G genotype were significantly higher in anxiety disorder patients than in controls(81% vs 67% , 61% vs 40% , p 〈0.05) , and the frequencies of A allele and A/A genotype were significantly lower in anxiety disorder patients than in controls( 19% vs 33% , 0 vs 7% , p 〈 0.05 ). There were no differences on the distributions of G/A genetype between patients and controls. The allelic and genotypic distributions between GAD and PD have no significantly differences. Conclusion: It suggests that the allele A and A/A genotype may be a protecting factor, the allele G and G/G genotype may be a risk factor for anxiety disorder, and there were no significantly difference on the polymorphism of COMT between the two subtype of anxiety disorder.
