摘　　要：艺术的产生和发展有其自身的规则,任何人也不可能在没有满足规则的前提下搞出符合规则的美术创作,即限制性产生创造性。本文从控制画面的心理因素方面说明了绘画基础理论及方法步骤的提出的原因,这种心理依据也是一种限制,并为进一步使理论、方法、步骤科学化提供了创造、发现、扩展的可能性。There are its own rules in the emergence and development of art. Nobody can bring about art creations tallying with the rules before he meets the ones, that is to say, restrictions bring about creativity. This essay will explain the reasons for the basic theories.methods and steps of painting from the psychological factors of controlling the general appearance of a picture. This kind of psychological foundations is also a restriction. It will supply the possibility of creations, discoveries and developments to make the theories, methods and steps scientific.
