温胃舒配合三联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中成药温胃舒配合三联疗法(雷尼替丁、阿莫仙、甲硝唑)对脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的治疗作用及根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的效果。方法经胃镜检查确诊并符合脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的58例患者随机分为2组,对照组28例,给予雷尼替丁150 mg,阿莫仙500 mg,甲硝唑400 mg,均为每日2次口服;治疗组30例在对照组用药的基础上加用温胃舒3粒,每日2次。以上药物除抗生素只服2周外,其它药均服至6周末疗程结束。第7周复查胃镜和(或)14C呼气试验。结果:症状缓解率:畏寒,治疗组96.57%,对照组46.41%;便溏,治疗组87.57%,对照组60%。2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),其它大致相同。溃疡总愈合率:治疗组93.15%,对照组89.25%,其中白色疤痕不伴炎症(S2)获得率治疗组74%,对照组44%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Hp根除率治疗组76.59%,对照组53.55%,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论温胃舒配合三联疗法可以提高症状缓解率、S2获得率及Hp根除率。Objective To search the clinical effect of combination of Wenweishu and triple therapy treating peptic ulcer （cold syndrome of the spleen and the stomach of deficiency type）, and eradicating Helico pylorus. Methods 58 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. 28 cases in control group were treated by triple therapy （Ranitidine 400 mg, Amoxicillin 500 mg and Metronidazole 400 rag, twice a day）. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Wenweishu （3 tablets, twice a day） and triple therapy. All the medicine was taken 6 weeks except antibiotics for 2 weeks. Result Improvement of fearing cold type in treatment group （96.57 %） was higher than that in control group （46.41%, P 〈 0.05）. Improvement of diarrhea type in treatment group （87.57%） was higher than that in control group （60.0%, P 〈 0.05）. Others in both groups were same. Conclusion Combination of Wenweishu and triple therapy can raise effect on the treatment of peptic ulcer （ cold syndrome of the spleen and the stomach of deficiency type）.
