摘　　要：目的:探讨P16蛋白与P27蛋白在肝细胞癌中表达的意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法(SABC法),检测61例HCC组织及53例癌旁组织中P16、P27蛋白表达水平。结果:P16蛋白在肝癌组织中呈低表达,明显低于其在癌旁中的表达(P<0.05),P16蛋白表达率随病理分化程度下降而下降;P27蛋白在肝癌组织中呈低表达,明显低于其在癌旁中的表达(P<0.05),P27蛋白表达率随病理分化程度下降而下降。结论:P16、P27与肝细胞癌的发生、分化程度有关,可作为肝细胞癌分化程度的参考指标。Objective To observe the expression of P16 and P27 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical strepto-avidin- biotin-complex method was used to determine the expression of P16 and P27 protein in 61 hepatocellular carcinoma and 53 peficareinomatous tissues, Results The expression rate of P16 was significandy lower in carcinomatous tissues than their peficareinomatous tissues （P〈0. 05） ; the expression rate of P27 was significantly lower in carcinomatous tissues than their pericarcinomatous tissues （P〈0.05）. The expression of P16 and P27 decreased as the degree of differentiation decreased, Conclusion The expression of P16 and P27 may have correlation with histology differentiation degree and behavior of hepatocellular carcinoma. And it can be a reference marker to estimate the histology differentiation degree of hepatocellular carcinoma.
