摘　　要：目的探讨弹力纤维瘤临床病理特点。方法一例弹力纤维瘤特殊染色和临床病理分析,及149例文献报道复习。结果肿物多位于肩胛下部,无包膜,边界不清。镜下瘤内弹力纤维呈波浪状、串珠状、锯齿状的或球状,弹力纤维染色(+)。结论弹力纤维瘤内异形弹力纤维表现多样,弹力纤维染色(+)。Objective To study the clinical pathological feature of elastofibroma. Methods To analyse ther clinical pathology of an elastofibroma and overview reported 149 elastofibroma. Results Elastofibroma often locates subscapularis without amicula and its boundary is obscure. Elastic fibers in elastofibroma were wave-like or beadlike or serratus in microscopy. Conclusions Heteromorphous elastic fibers in elastofibroma were multiplicity.
