摘  要:目的探讨心肌病模型建立的方法及无创超声技术对其心功能的监测。方法阿霉素腹腔注射法建立心肌病动物模型,病理切片检查验证此模型的建立情况:经胸超声技术检测大鼠左室容积、内径及室壁厚度以了解其心功能指标左室射血分数(Leftventricularejectionfraction,LVEF)、左室缩短分数(leftventricularshortfraction,LVFS)变化。结果(1)106只Wistar大鼠注射阿霉素8周后,成功建立了58只心肌病模型,成功率55%;(2)随机抽样10只大鼠的病理切片显示呈心肌病样改变;(3)无创超声技术监测心肌病模型鼠LVEF、LVFS,较正常大鼠下降20%~30%,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论阿霉素腹腔注射法操作简单,可建立可靠的心肌病动物模型;超声技术能准确、方便、无创地监测心功能变化。Objective To explore a method to establish the rat cardiomyopathy model, and to monitor heart function with noninvasive transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) . Methods Of doxorubicin we established the rat cardiomyopathy model, via intraperitoneal injection and the rat cardiomyopathy was varified with pathological sections. TTE was applied to measure the heart funtion indices such as the left ventricular dimensions, volumes and thickness. Results 1) Eight weeks after intraperitoneal doxorubicin injection in 106 Wistar rats, The cardiomyopathy model was successfully established in 58 rats with the success rate of 55%. 2) Cardiomyopathy in rats with random pathological sections was confirmed pathologically; 3) Using noninvasive transthoracic technique, we monitored the changes of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF%) and left ventricular short fraction (LVFS %) in cardiomyopathy model which were lower than those of the normal. Conclusions Intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin can establish the rat cardiomyopathy model simply; TTE technique is an accurate, convenient and noninvasive method 40 monitor the heart function changes.
