偏侧咀嚼对大鼠颞下颌关节影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究偏侧咀嚼对大鼠颞下颌关节(temporomandibularjoint,TMJ)的影响。方法60只大白鼠随机分为6组,实验组间断磨除右上、下颌磨牙牙冠至龈下,对照组未做处理,饲养条件相同。实验1组磨除牙冠后4周末、实验2、3组磨除牙冠后10、16周末处死动物,取其双侧TMJ进行光镜、电镜切片检查,结果与对照组对照。结果实验1、2、3组双侧TMJ均出现受损的病理变化。结论偏侧咀嚼是颞下颌关节紊乱病的病因之一。Objective： To study the effect of unilateral chew on temporomandibular joint. Methods： Sixty white rats were divided into three experiment groups and three control groups. The right upper and lower posterion teeth of all the experiment groups were ground to the gingival level without oeclusal contact. The rats of the first experiment group and the control groups were killed 4 weeks late, and those of the second and the third groups were killed 10, 16 weeks later respectively. The pathological changes of TMJ were studied. Results： There were pathognostic changes in TMJ in unilateral chew . Conclusion： The unilateral chew is one of the causes of temporomandibular joint disorders.
