摘  要:[目的]探讨强肝软坚方对肝硬化门脉高压症的作用及其可能机制。[方法]SD大鼠57只,以二甲基亚硝胺诱导肝硬化模型,并设普萘洛尔对照,观察各组大鼠门脉压力、脾指数、门脉血甘胆酸(CGA)、胰高糖素(PG)的变化。[结果]中药组门脉压力、脾指数、CGA及PG均明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]强肝软坚方可降低异常升高的门静脉压力、改善内脏高动力循环状态,其可能机制是通过调节门脉血中CGA、PG而达到降低门静脉压力,减少奇静脉血流量的作用。[Objective] To study the effect of Qianggan Ruanjian decoction (QRD) on hepatocirrhosis portal hypertension and its possible function mechanism. [Methods] Hepatocirrhosis model was induced in 57 Sprague-Dawley rats by dimethylnitrosamine (DMN). Propranolol was used for control. Changes of portal vein pressure, spleen index, portal vein blood choloyglycin acid (CGA) and pancreatic glucagons (PG) were observed in each group. [Results]Compared with control group, portal vein pressure, spleen index, portal vein blood CGA and PG in QRD group decreased significantly (P〈0. 05) o [Conclusion]QRD can lower the abnormal increased portal vein pressure, improve purtenance hyperdynamic circulation,in which the possible mechanism is to decrease portal vein pressure and reduce odd vein blood flow through regulating the transmitters content of portal vein blood such as CGA and PG.
