摘　　要：中国文字狱自古有之,而以明清最为严重。它的产生与中国传统文化密切相关。文字狱现象中包孕着丰富的修辞内容。从表面看它是由修辞接受错位造成的,实质上,它是统治者实现政治目的的策略手段。China＇s hterary inquisition dated to the ancient times. It is the most serious in the Ming and Qing Dynasty . Its production is closely related to China＇s traditional culture. The phenomenon contains abundant rhetoric content in the literary inquisition. It causes to misplace to accept by rhetoric on the surface. But, in fact, it is a pohtical tactic means by the ruler.
